It would be nice if they offered discounts to loyal customers, have two cars that I take there for service on a regular basis. It’s getting quite expensive, with the economy today, I’m starting to look for cheaper places to take my cars for service. More
Javier was a great help with my car situation. Did a great job communicating with me throughout the whole process of my car being worked on. The lack of communication was very frustrating. When dropping off my Jeep there is one person I’m working with (Josh) for intake. The next day because it’s Josh’s day off no one followed up with me When dropping off my Jeep there is one person I’m working with (Josh) for intake. The next day because it’s Josh’s day off no one followed up with me or even let me know what was being done with my Jeep or that it was ready for pickup (according to them) It took four phone calls the following day to get someone on the line to even just tell me that the Jeep was ready and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. And that it can only be diagnosed when the “computer tells them what’s wrong”. I don’t understand what has happened to listening to the symptoms and trouble shooting common causes for the issue. I’m a nurse, not a mechanic, and even I can google and find common causes for what is happening. The reliance on only referring to the computer codes to tell you what to fix is incredibly frustrating. I’ll be switching to a mechanic that can use their expertise and previous knowledge rather than just “what the computer tells them to look at”. And the fact that a vehicle just sits on the lot because it’s the original intake person’s day off is ridiculous. So if that person went on vacation for a week then it’s no one’s responsibility to take over and update and communicate with the customer? For dealership pricing I really expected better service. Cherry on top was nothing was done in those 5 days, they needed to order the parts and had to take it back at a later date to get it fixed. An additional 2 days. I mean really??? More
