HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! !! Please do not trust ANYTHING these people tell you! I agreed to purchase a car at the asking price. Tried to put down a deposit as I was coming fro !! Please do not trust ANYTHING these people tell you! I agreed to purchase a car at the asking price. Tried to put down a deposit as I was coming from a distance. Salesman (Stevo) assured me the car was mine and this could wait till the next day. Asked for my licence info which I had to him before they opened the next day. After several messages, contact stopped until hours later when he finally called and said they sold the car to someone else. He blamed the manager. When the manager (John) finally returned my call to him hours after that, he blamed the saleman. No offer to make things right. No offer to find another car and give me the same kind of deal. No anything!!! Left message for a vp Chris Mills, and he didn't bother to call at all. They have a catchy little jingle that says "you have a friend at Montrose". What a load of xxxxxxxxx! With friends like this you sure don't need enemies. Avoid at all costs! Horrible experience!!! Waste of time! Zero stars! Please spread the word so others don't have to go through this kind of lousy experience. More
