To General Manager, I was in this morning @745 am 3/30/26. This started with fan running all the time and steering assist light coming on. The advisor came out told me Thermastat was stuck.And told me it would be $1,148 to repair. And it would take a couple hrs. Then at end of fixing it they charged us $849 LABOR. I got home looked over again receipt to make sure. And I call John Gibson, he told us that they charged us for 4 hrs and only took them 2 hrs. We are hardworking ppl and this is just Ridulous Charges and bought and paid cash for this car 6 yrs ago. And have Always had serviced there. But this was a RIPE OFF to us as good standing customers. And to be quite honest John Gibso wasnt too friendly. This was and is the most UNFAIR deal I have expericed at this dealer ship. I was told by Victoria when called after I got home that labor was $150 per hr. ONLY not do work in shorter time and charge a GOOD STANDING CUSTOMER more then was done. More

I spent a few weeks searching all the local dealers for a used truck and can confidently say the best experience was with Moore Buick GMC. went in for brake pads, was advised problems was rotors not pads, asked about turning rotors, Allen strongly recommended replacing all rotors. after some questions, i agreed seemed the cost of the rotors not pads, asked about turning rotors, Allen strongly recommended replacing all rotors. after some questions, i agreed seemed the cost of the rotors was less then the labor and total cost was obviously much higher than expected pad replacement. at time of payment Dakota told me credit cards added fees, i was not told that anytime before and was not able to prepare and bring a check. was also told there were no type of discounts, including military discount. the service ended up costing much more than anticipated with no discount offered and an added credit card fee. not great... i also asked for a quote on tires, given this experience not likely to purchase there. More
