Excellent service from Marty T and Henry A and the service folks at Moore Chrysler.

My wife and I spent a week on the hunt for a near new Chrysler Town and Country. We travelled the length and breadth of the Valley of the Sun. However, the ones who got the job done were just a few miles from our southern winter home.

On our arrival at Moore's Chrysler, Marty T gave us a friendly and courteous greeting. He showed us a number of vehicles and let us drive each one. In fact, he made sure my wife also had an opportunity to drive each vehicle. All our questions were answered. We settled on a low miles 2013 and began negotiations over price. While he made it clear he wanted our business, there was NO high pressure. We soon came to a fair price.

When I arrived without a prior appointment the next day to pick up the vehicle; another salesman, Henry A, took me through the delivery process. Although it wasn't his sale, he went above and beyond. He made sure the vehicle was properly prepped. He also made sure I was familiar with the vehicle's features. Before we had finished the process, Marty T arrived to ensure everything proceeded properly.

I also needed to pick up an extra key to the vehicle. Henry took me over to the parts and service department, where I experienced more excellent Moore service.

I HIGHLY recommend these folks. NOTE: They are also familiar with the process required for out of state/country sales.

Right when I walked in I was helped by Marty. I felt he was very honest and didnt preasure me at all which is what everybody looking for a car wants. I would recommend both this dealership and Marty. Marty Thompson gave exceptional service and very knowledgeable on the new vehicles I was Interested in. I had looked at other dealerships and did not feel that I recieved the same help as I received from Marty. I would recommend Moore Chrysler to my friends and family in the future.

icame into this dealer becauce i was told by a good friend to ask for Marty Thompson, we me and my wife had the best time and our friend was right we had never been to a dealer and treated so well. It's been 15 years since we bought a car from a dealership. We were nervous we would have trouble getting into a descent car but we came home with the perfect vehicle that meets all our needs. Rick Watson was amazing to work with. We never felt pressured and we had several options to choose from. Roy Morris was a great salesman and was nice to do business with. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist us. We are reccomending him to our kids for when they are ready to purchase a jeep. I would rate the experience as a 9.5!

The sales staff was very knowledgeable. Everyone was very friendly as well as helpful. They lived up to their word by fulfilling all of their promises and meeting/ exceeding my needs. I would recommend Moore to anyone that is looking to purchase a new/used vehicle or even to have their car serviced there.
