Bought a used Jeep Wrangler. Wrangler had a bad front bumper. That was negotiated in the deal the “we owe”. They promised a new bumper for our jeep. Called several times and they say bumper is on back order. Called jeep dealership today after waiting two months for this dealership to do what they promised. Jeep dealership said they could have one in a couple of days. Keep getting the run around from this dealership. Have spoke with my salesman and the used car manager and also the GM of the dealership. Still no word on my bumper. They don’t care about the customer just the sale. So buyer beware from this dealership. Like to keep my business local but would never buy from this dealership again.
