My Review Of Morehead Honda:
My experience's at Morehead Honda was supreme!
Right from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and warm smile by General Sales Manager, Freddie Dunning. He was bright and professional in his appearance, friendly and accommodating in ways that felt truly authentic and disarming. His approach toward me was not of sales shark but one of a person who had honest interest in why I was there and what I'd like to achieve. After talking with me for a moment, Freddie graciously introduced me to Sales and Leasing Consultant, Michael Stoffa.
Michael was equally friendly, interested, open, and very knowledgeable about the cars at Honda. He was non-threatening and not once did I feel that he was trying to "get one over" on me. Michael listened to what my needs were and made looking at the cars a really fun experience all around. Michael was funny, witty, and down to earth which helped me to relax and gave me a chance to get a real intuitive sense of the vehicles I was looking at. I can't say enough wonderful things about Micheal. I could see that he really cares about the people he is working with and wants them to drive off in a car that they love and feel good about paying for. I found that Michael didn't rely on "sales pitches" but more so, relied on his knowledge, understanding, and enthusiasm of the cars. He was well educated on the features of the car and excited about what the car offers which in turn, made me excited! When it came time to talk finances... Michael listened to my perimeters without judgment or negativity and went to bat! I literally did not have to haggle, finagle, or over exert myself emotionally in any way. He was wonderful and came back with a price that met my goal above and beyond! This also reflects the kindness and good nature of General Sales Manager Freddie Dunning as people act and respond in line with the person that leads them.
I can see Morehead Honda works as a team and really works together to make a HUGE moment like buying or leasing a car very calming and very special. Throughout the whole process over about a week, both Michael and Freddie continued and remained friendly, positive, and accommodating. The day I came to pick up my car, Michael spent a good 2 1/2 hours with me; showing me the features of the car, syncing my phone, making sure there was a full tank of gas, cleaning up any loose ends, and making sure that I left the lot with a brand new, sparkly, amazing, gorgeous car that I was excited and proud to drive. He followed up with me and followed through with any and all loose ends until completion. He also and most importantly, kept to his word. I am extremely impressed by Michael's professionalism, care, attention to details, friendly demeanor and accommodating nature. I left feeling not only excited and pleased but as though I made a friend too. I would recommend and send anyone and everyone to Michael Stoffa for Sales and Leasing Consultations as well as to Morehead Honda under the direction of General Sales Manager, Freddie Dunning.
Also, the finance Manager, Dan Hoye was wonderful to work with as well. Dan was very friendly, incredibly articulate, funny, down to earth and very professional. He seemed to be very proud of the team at Honda and cared deeply about my overall experience again, proving that Morehead Honda works together as a positive cohesive team.
I have the utmost respect for Morehead Honda and I will continue to stay with them for all my cars now and to come! Go to Morehead Honda in Newburgh for your next car, you will be very impressed and well taken care of!
