I went in to get my rear brakes changed. Next thing I I went in to get my rear brakes changed. Next thing I know the supervisor comes out with an estimate of $1300! Apparently there was brake fluid leak I went in to get my rear brakes changed. Next thing I know the supervisor comes out with an estimate of $1300! Apparently there was brake fluid leak and my brake calipers were ruined. I had NO bake fluid issues whatsoever prior. Then all of my warning lights popped up on the dash when I had nothing wrong with my car. My ebrake locked my wheels up! My car was in the shop for 2 weeks!! I had to make sure I wasn’t paying for any of the damage they tried to put on me. They wouldn’t give me a rental for free but I said “as long as you guys dont charge me anything for ruining my car and fixing it then I’ll let y’all slide without giving me a free rental. I had to call up my mechanic friends and families who works at different Honda dealerships and they all stated that Honda of Morganton caused all the damage and tried to blame it on me. My friends and family knew exactly how they messed my car up Bc coming in for brake changes should not have resulted in that mess. I appreciate Honda fixing their wrong but I don’t want anyone to go there for any maintenance work or anything at all. Go elsewhere. More
I brought my Honda in for warranty work. I had misunderstood the time frame for my visit and was only expecting a 2-3 hour visit, but was told it would take most of the day. The dealership is an hour away for me and I was scheduled to be back at work by 1. Mark put 2 mechanics on the job and had it finished before lunch. I was extreme grateful for this. I will definitely recommend Morganton Honda to anyone for their service work!! More
Courteous Service Department Staff I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change which was overdue. Mark is always very courteous when I visit the Service Department. Not only does he let me know if other service is due on my vehicle, he also lets me know the price of any additional service so that I can decide if it's something I might need to schedule for a future date. I only work in Morganton periodically and I save my big service needs for this dealership when I am in town since I have found them so superior to other dealerships including Asheville Honda dealership where I live. You cannot do better than Morganton Honda. More
