I was charged double what I originally signed off on to pay for. It’s very upsetting because I didn’t agree to an extra service charge, I had my car in for a diagnostic and originally said it needs done in pay for. Last minute I was able to have it stay overnight to FINISH THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT and apparently all you need to do to approve a $209.00 charge is say it’s ok for them to finish the diagnostic. I was charged double the original amount, AND SHE DID NOT state I’d be paying twice as much as I agreed to. And when I brought this up, the best she could do is take $40 off of the price. It was not enough and I should not have been charged that much. I want a refund. More
Usually this dealership is very good. This time the experience was not. The wait time was long. I really like the videos. However I struggle with your service because your techs don’t go above and beyond. Example, he found a lot of seeds in my air filter box. Why would he not quickly vacuume it out? Also my coolant was over filled. Your techs filled it last time. Why would he not take some out? Not addressing easy potential issues seems lazy and giving the vehicle back without addressing the issue is a problem. Also I do not want to hear how much your dealer is losing on the oil changes. You charge $9 a quart. Your not losing when I can get it for $6 at Walmart. More
