Chris, the customer service kept me informed with the progress in my car. He also located a loaner for me to drive while my car was being worked on. However no mention of the possibility of a loaner unti progress in my car. He also located a loaner for me to drive while my car was being worked on. However no mention of the possibility of a loaner until I reached out to my home dealership and was told that the responsibility of getting a loaner fell on Morrie’s Ford since that was where the work was being done and I called Chris to start that process.
