If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I took my 2017 Subaru Forester in for a scheduled appointment for break issues on February 9th (for the past week, I was having intermittent break is I took my 2017 Subaru Forester in for a scheduled appointment for break issues on February 9th (for the past week, I was having intermittent break issues in that I had to double press the breaks to stop). Upon arriving, I spoke with Chase and told them what I was experiencing with my breaks; while speaking to her, a lot boy asked for my keys. A couple of minutes later, someone came back in the service center and said they crashed my car. Chase said the dealership was liable and I didn’t need to file a claim with my insurance because the dealership with fix everything. Chase also said she would be in contact with updates. On the 11th, I get a phone call from Reed Cohen, who is the service manager. and tells me that I need to file a claim because it was my fault the car was crashed. He proceeded to yell at me over the phone and told me “I should have never handed over my keys knowing there were break issues.” And “You could have killed someone.” I tried reaching out to Chase but she ignored my calls and I never heard from her again. After this, Chris Phoenix, whom my husband and I can’t rave enough about (seriously he was the only person helping us and he needs a promotion) got us in touch with Kort Iserman (sales manager). Kort proceeded to gaslight my husband and I saying it was my fault even though the appt stated I was having break issues and I told Chase what I was experiencing before my car was crashed. Why didn’t Chase relay info the the lot boy? My insurance company deemed the car totaled so I was without a car, granted, the dealership waved a rental car fee which Kort did threaten to take the rental car back after my husband and I demanded that the dealership do more because they TOTALED MY CAR. Geico also deemed the dealership liable which Kort continued to deny. During this whole process, there was barely any communication with Kort. My husband and I had to reach out to him and Kort didn’t even answer some of our phone calls and never called back. My husband and I had to leave work early multiple times to go to the dealership to try to make some progress. We even got the general manager (Elias Khalil) involved who kept saying he wanted to help us and make things right but refused to give us a new car for free or take a substantial amount off of a new car. We were, in a sense, forced to get a new car from the dealership because we didn’t want to lose our warranty. At the end of the day, we did get a new car with no substantial discount and a new loan. Chris Phoenix and Chris from finance really came through on the last visit and got some of the rates down. Overall, would NOT recommend going to this dealership, the have no customer service skills and they don’t do what’s right. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10+ years and I would NEVER let this happen to a customer. And if it did, I would make it right. Not to mention, this dealership hires a very certain demographic. I did feel like if I were a straight white man, I would have been treated differently and better. The only thing Kort wanted to do for us was pay my $1,000 deductible. Kort is also a nepo baby because he dad owns the company. Kort is very uneducated in his role and has no business being the sales manager. For your own sanity and well being, avoid this dealership at all costs! More

I told him I planned to purchase a vehicle within a week and had narrowed my choices to three makes, including Subaru. After the test drive, we reviewed numbers. The Forester Hybrid in my preferred color wasn’t in stock, so Sheridan quickly checked on a dealer trade. He returned with his manager, Paul, who confirmed they could bring one in from Wisconsin and presented a written out-the-door price. Paul understood I still intended to test drive a Honda and applied absolutely no pressure. I felt respected, well-informed, and confident in the offer, so I decided to move forward with Subaru without visiting Honda. This was the Saturday before Easter, and Morrie’s had my new Forester ready by Monday. I left the dealership feeling completely at ease with my decision. I highly recommend Sheridan at Morrie’s Minnetonka Subaru. More

Kip was extremely helpful, kept it real as well as added to the fun of buying a dream car. He wanted to ensure all the details I wanted were addressed with the purchase, including getting the color of car I to the fun of buying a dream car. In 1996 I was convinced by my older brother that I should consider buying a Subaru as my next car. I went to Morries’ and bought my first Impreza which I drove over 200,000 miles and then handed down to my y consider buying a Subaru as my next car. I went to Morries’ and bought my first Impreza which I drove over 200,000 miles and then handed down to my younger sister who drove it many miles and then handed the car down to her daughter who drove it many more miles. After that first Impreza I bought 2 more at Morries and the cars have served me well always. I have traded them in and purchased another Subaru. I think that the Crosstrek I just bought is my 4th Subaru from Morries. I could not be happier with the cars or the service I receive. My brother advised me well. He’s been driving Subarus since at least the 1970s. Always having at least 2 in his garage for himself and his wife. More
