Hello, it appears that our team did handle the recall that was affecting your vehicle. This specific recall does have a possible extended policy for fuel injector replacements; however, in order to replace the fuel injectors, there has to be an existing issue with them. Your fuel injectors did not fall under this criteria, so we were not able to replace them under the recall warranty. We have let you know that your vehicle's recall is complete and is ready for pick up. Thank you.

"Safety Recall Notice 25S76 / NHTSA Recall 25V46.7, 2021 Bronco Sport This Notice Applies to Your Vehicle, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): 3FMCR9B67MRA16044. Ford Motor Company has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists in certain 2021-2024 Bronco Sport and 2020-2022 Escape vehicles, including the VIN shown above. On your vehicle there is a possibility that a fuel injector may crack, which may result in fuel accumulating on the top of the engine. Liquid fuel and/or fuel vapor that accumulates near a hot surface, such as hot engine or exhaust components may ignite resulting in an under-hood fire, increasing the risk of injury. This recall expands and replaces previous recall numbers 22S73, 24S16 and 25S21. If your vehicle was previously remedied under 22S73, 24S16 or 25S21 you will still need to have the new remedy performed once it is available. SOOOOOOOOOOOO am I supposed to wait until I have an "under - hood" fire before I can get a "remedy" to this recall hazard that could threaten my and my family's lives? I WANT MY BRONCO SPORT FIXED!

Hello, it appears that your team DIDN'T handle the recall affecting my vehicle and I am furious about it! I'm not waiting for a fire to have my defective fuel injectors replaced after they have destroyed my Bronco and possibly killed me and my family.
