I took my Buick to them due to the vehicle leaking oil and had already had a good experience in the past with them when I had the turbo replaced around March of 2025. For around 8-9 months things were ok and had already had a good experience in the past with them when I had the turbo replaced around March of 2025. For around 8-9 months things were okay and I took the vehicle in for an oil change, so general maintenance. A month or so later, the vehicle was taking forever to warm up but with single digit temperatures, I thought that was typical. I started to also notice a slight burning smell. Quickly after this smell started, I found a huge puddle of oil under my car. I live close to the mechanic shop so I drive the vehicle over after confirming I had enough oil to make it the short drive. I was told that the diagnostics could be 80 dollars or 180 if they have to scan it. That’s fine as I needed to know what the problem was. They call me a few hours later and tell me that the oil cooler / housing needed fully replaced as that it what was leaking oil. I was told it would be over 2k dollars for the work. As someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, I could not afford that immediately. I told them that, I’ll take the vehicle back home since again, I live close by and try to bring it back as soon as possible when in have the money available. I was gonna park the vehicle and find other means of transportation until I could get it repaired. When I picked up the vehicle, I was charged 180. I got home and looked at the paper work from them and it clearly stated my vehicle was NOT scanned. I was overcharged and had reached out 3 times about this before anyone ever responded about it. They said I will be refunded the overcharged amount so while I appreciate that, 80 dollars and 180 is hard to “overlook” as an accident in my opinion. I had a family friend that owns a reputable mechanic shop offer to take a look at the vehicle to see if they could offer me a better price. Because this issue was apparently “not covered” by the extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle, I figured a second opinion would be helpful. Within 48 hours, they were able to replace the oil cooler / housing at less than half the price I was originally quoted but….. also repair all the other issues that was “overlooked” at the Moses Buick GMC Mechanic shop. When my turbo was replaced in March of 2025, the oil cooler and housing should have been replaced at the same time because the temperature of the oil from the bad turbo had already done its damage. IF they would have done it when they replaced the turbo, it would have been FREE because I was still covered by the 30 day used vehicle warranty. The mechanic also had to cut off a bolt or bolts because they were stripped and replace some hoses because they too were bad. I’ll also point out that when I picked the vehicle back up from Moses Buick GMC, no offer to top off the oil was suggested. I’d already paid 180 and would have had no issue paying more to make sure I had enough oil to make it home. Any mechanic shop that truly cares about customers, would have suggested that. The vehicle was more than a quart low on oil when I checked it. I am extremely upset and have lost ALL trust with Moses GMC Buick dealership and mechanic shop. My “extended warranty” covers oil changes with their mechanic shop and I will NOT be participating in that benefit. I would much rather pay for quality service than the “bandaids” they offer. More

WHITE 2015 TOYOTA RAV4 WITH 31,570 MILES OPEN RECALL I recently bought a 2015 Rav4 from Moses, just to have it peel all it's paint within 6 days WHITE 2015 TOYOTA RAV4 WITH 31,570 MILES OPEN RECALL I recently bought a 2015 Rav4 from Moses, just to have it peel all it's paint within 6 days of purchasing. Luckily my car came with a 7 day warranty, and I returned it. Moses is now attempting to sell the SAME car listed with a clear report when it has an OPEN PAINT RECALL. Moses is going to repair the part that is missing paint, and sell the car to the next poor soul, only for the paint to begin peeling again. Moses will not repair the entire paint job. DO NOT BUY THE CAR VIN:2T3DFREV1FW391902. This vehicle has an open paint recall that Moses will not notify you about. Moses will claim they did not know. Please save your time and money. These people are crooks. More
I recently had a wreck, where I totaled my car. My husband was the one who dealt with Moses, they were exceptionally helpful and courteous! I was in NO SHAPE to retrieve the items out of the car. My husband was the one who dealt with Moses, they were exceptionally helpful and courteous! I was in NO SHAPE to retrieve the items out of the car. They allowed my husband to empty the car for me, without question! There was on particular employee who prayed for me and husband. These are just good people in general. More
