Great experience, no pressure!! This is my 3rd 4 Runner with University Toyota and this has been my best experience yet! We were able to take our time, and drove multiple cars. We have owned two Avalons and now are the Proud owners of a New 2015 Rav 4. Couldn't beat the 0% financing either. Ben Foster was a whizzzzz with the technology tutorials. I even used the Bluetooth on the way home, hands free of course. Superior customer service in Morgantown, WV I worked with Chris Pulling on the purchase of my 2015 Highlander and I was extremely pleased with his customer service. He was friendly and funny, and worked very hard to get me the exact car I wanted. His efforts are truly appreciated. I had begun my car shopping at a different dealership in town and had a terrible experience with one of their rude salesmen. Luckily, that experience resulted in me going to University instead so it all worked out for the best. My dad is thinking of buying a Highlander now and I told him he should definitely buy from Chris at University Motors! More
