There noting but a bunch of sleezy people. They lied to my elderly parents and suckered them int saying they have a 2024 white gladiator. Scamming old people is a shame, lying than has the nerve to say: Oh, I have no idea what happened, it's just magically gone: who the xxxx do these shady salesmen think they are. After negotiating and getting ready to walk out the door they have the nerve to tell me that Wait, I'll give you the extended warranty for 3500$ instead of 4000$. We get to finance department, (I was paying cash for the car) The finance manager says no the extended warranty is only 1000$ not 3500$. Of course, Javier comes in with some nonsense talking in gibberish They don't have the xxxx xxxxx to be honest but sucker an elderly couple and STEAL their money. Then they have the nerve to ask my parents to give them a good review after they gave then a bad review. LOL LOL Guess what, that isn't happening. How dare they. In fact, the owner Glen L. Moss Sr. needs to close this dealership and stay off YouTube bragging about his dumb xxx Rolls Royce as if no One else can afford one. Horrible dealership.... Wish I read reviews first. More
Gladiator was not in my mind when i went to riverside car dealers. I wanted a bigger family transportation. After some negotiation and time with different persons we came up with agreed and ended up with o dealers. I wanted a bigger family transportation. This dealership has had my wrangler since 12-17-24 for the hybrid battery recall. We started calling every week for an update. They replaced the battery, however another problem was found. It is now 2/4/25 and we were told today that they are backlogged and still have not looked at the vehicle. What is going on? We were told we could call Brian Santoyo or Jonathan Robles. We left messages. A friend of ours who had the same situation said that someone by the name of Casey had to step in to help his situation when they kept his vehicle past 40 days. I’m praying that Casey sees this and helps us out. More
