I brought my truck in for transmission concerns and recalls, but no meaningful service was completed. The vehicle sat all day with little communication, recalls were not addressed, and basic checks lik recalls, but no meaningful service was completed. The vehicle sat all day with little communication, recalls were not addressed, and basic checks like tire pressure were not done. I was told the truck was test driven, yet it still jolts harshly into second gear, something that would be obvious on a proper drive. The truck is louder than before and issues remain unresolved. I do not feel safe driving it and am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and communication. This experience left me without confidence that my vehicle was properly inspected or that my safety was taken seriously More
