I brought my truck in for transmission concerns and recalls, but no meaningful service was completed. The vehicle sat all day with little communication, recalls were not addressed, and basic checks lik recalls, but no meaningful service was completed. I was told the truck was test driven, yet it still jolts harshly into second gear, something that would be obvious on a proper drive. The truck is louder than before and issues remain unresolved. I do not feel safe driving it and am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and communication. I was very disappointed and how long it took and my car was given back to me with a check engine light still on, and the problem not fixed. The air conditioner was fixed and seen highly expensive, but it t was given back to me with a check engine light still on, and the problem not fixed. This 1 star is for the GMC Moss service center. Took my truck on a Monday at 8am. I was told it would be checked Monday latest Tuesday. Called Tuesday it hadn’t been check I was told Wednesday now. Called Friday hadn’t been checked. Apparently they were backed up not sure if they’re short staffed but a week just to check my truck doesn’t sound correct. Plus a loaner can’t be given to me until it’s diagnosed but they can’t even diagnose it for over a week. Employee issues happen I get it but accuracy on estimate on a day your car would be checked that’s a minimum that could be done. Short staffed or backed up it’s still possible to give a better estimate when it’ll be checked. Service center looks to me very poorly managed with expectations for customers. “At Moss Bros.
