After purchasing a new vehicle with a signed contract that clearly stated a 2.99% interest rate, we were shocked to receive a call a month later saying they could no longer honor that rate. They demanded we return to the dealership to either sign a new contract at a much higher 4.49% interest rate—or give the car back entirely. After refusing to be manipulated into agreeing to worse terms, we were called back to the dealership three separate times. Each visit involved long wait times, poor communication, and absolutely no regard for our time or previous agreement. After nearly three hours of arguing during our final visit, they finally came back with our keys and told us the manager “finally approved” the original rate. This entire ordeal was not only inconvenient and stressful, but also incredibly unprofessional. It felt like bait-and-switch tactics, and their handling of the situation was completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. Make sure you read every line, and even then, don’t be surprised if they come back later trying to change the deal. More
This day I went to pay the down payment on my vehicle and Mr. Philip from the finance department mistreated me and did not give me my receipt in my hands, but instead he put it aside and was upset with me!! He almost crashed the car leaving. He could not read the contract he signed . He went in to buy a new car battery.This sale needs to be canceled. More
I was a 1st time buyer and I feel they took total advantage of that. I bought my car here in October 2023 and I paid 3×'s what the car is worth because I just needed to get a car. I wouldn't mind paying more if it were the Honda that I really wanted or even a different color than the one that I specifically said that I didn't want. BLACK!! And not to mention my payment is so high that I have no money left over to pay any of my bills. But like I said I wouldn't of minded any of that if I would've gotten the car that I really wanted. But no I got screwed. Thanks Moss Bros. More

GOT A CALL BACK HE STATED THAT HE COULD DO THE DEAL AT A 390 PAYMENT TOLD HIM TO SEND IN WRITING AND WE WOULD COME AND DO THE DEAL AS I WAS OVER AN HOUR AWAY , HE STATED HE WOULD GET IT OVER THEM AN HOUR LATER STILL NOTHING I REACHED BACK OUT AND HE STATED THAT THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING AND THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON THE DEAL AND WERE AROUND 410 UNSTEAD OF THE 390 ..... THEN I GET A CALL FROM DAVE AND HE STATED THAT THE PAYMENT WAS 490 WHAT A JOKE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING .......
