Rick Anderson is the best. He even walk all customers to their cars once their car is finished. I watched this for 2 1/2!hours and no one else has walked customers to their veh He even walk all customers to their cars once their car is finished. All they do is take the paper out of the car and walk off nothing said and no thank you to the customers for coming to Moss. They are rude in the service department. Mr, Rick has great customer skills. You need to watch one day all your service people! You will see! More

The worker who helped me feel like I was stupid for taking in my car for an oil change before the 25k mark. He said because my car is technically a Subaru and he owns Subarus I could hold off on it. In reality the car I have the main long term issue it tends to have is “oil starvation”. Just because ima a women doesn’t mean I didn’t do research on my car before researching. Once I was called up to get my car keys back and my paper work he decided to “do me a favor “ by writing down the next mileage for my oil change, and it still wasn’t at the 25k mark he wrote down 19k miles. How about that, giving me a hard time for not bringing in my car at 25k but writes down 19k for my next oil change. Definitely a “because I’m a women I don’t know” moment. He also mentioned that my next oil change “is going to be very expensive”. More
