Brought my work truck in for maintenance and repair over 3 weeks ago. Still have not received a call about updates. I called the dealer 8 time last week left messages. The receptionist even sent an email to 3 weeks ago. Still have not received a call about updates. I called the dealer 8 time last week left messages. The receptionist even sent an email to the manager with no reply. On my 8th call she called the manager who finally answered and just said technician is still working on my truck with no information.. Still have not heard from them???? More

Shelor Motor Mile is a FIVE STAR Dealership. I take my SUBARU Forester to Shelor Service.. Good Maintenance Service. Very respectful and helpful personnel at the Shelor Center. They have always explained everything very clearly. The best part - the Shelor SUBARU Dealership has a new building with an open modern waiting area.
