This purchase was actually my fourth purchase from Shelor Motor Mile. I have purchased 2 used vehicles and two new ones. This was my first Jeep vehicle of any kind. I contacted Shelor Motor Mile at the end of January, and went in to look at cars at the start of February. I was indecisive, and then got too busy to go back and explore more options and make a decision. I went in to look at cars at the start of February. Luckily, the sales rep I worked with (Shannon Smith) was extremely understanding and willing to work with me and my schedule. I never felt pressured or rushed in to making a decision, which was much appreciated. When it came time to finally choose a vehicle, I was stuck between a Jeep and a Subaru. Shannon and Dewey were both very helpful and did not pressure me in to buying the Jeep from their store as opposed to the Subaru from the other store. (Although, I did end up going with the Jeep!) I highly recommend them. They are both very friendly and fun to work with. More
