Dealing with the salesman (David Hale) was a pleasant experience. No pressure at all from him. The only complaint I have is that the car was low a whole quart of oil . No excuse for that. Working with Kathy Sweeney was great. In fact, this was the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had. When I called Kathy, I had a quote from a different dealership on the table. I explained to Kathy what I was looking for in a car. She explained that they did not have one but she located one with another dealer. She then quoted me a price which was more than the offer I had from the other dealership. I told Kathy the value of my other offer. In a few minutes, Kathy called me back and offered me a quote that was $100 less than the other offer. Done deal. The next day I showed up, the car was on the lot and all I had to do was the paperwork. All in all...it was very easy. Well, Kathy made the buying process very easy for me. Like I said, I have never had a better new car buying experience. More
