I PURCHASED A CERT. PREOWNED JEEP IN APRIL OF 2025 WITH 20,669 MILES ON IT. THEY OBVIOUSLY DID A QUICK CLEANING JOB ON THE JEEP AS THE SALESPERSON USED TO SLEEVE TO TRY PREOWNED JEEP IN APRIL OF 2025 WITH 20,669 MILES ON IT. THEY OBVIOUSLY DID A QUICK CLEANING JOB ON THE JEEP AS THE SALESPERSON USED TO SLEEVE TO TRY TO WIPE OFF STUFF ONT HE INSIDE OF THE DRIVERS DOOR BEFORE I EVEN LEFT THE LOT. THE VERY FIRST TIME I USED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT FLUID IN THE JEEP. I RESPONDED TO EMAILS 4/23 AND 5/23 WITH NO RESPONSE. 7/7 EMAILED SALES PERSON THAT THE JEEP WAS SAYING IT NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE AND I HAVEN'T EVEN PUT 2,000 MILES ON IT YET AND SINCE THEY DIDN'T PUT WINDOW WASHER FLUID IN IT I WASN'T CONFIDENCE THAT IT DIDN'T NEED THE OIL CHANGE WHICH I WENT AND HAD DONE. 7/9 I OPENED A CHAT WITH MOTORWORLD WHO TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL, 7/15 I OPENED A 2ND CHAT AND THEN LEFT A VOICEMAIL WITH THE SALES MANAGER. 7/16 SENT ANOTHER EMAIL BOTH RICH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK STATING THE WASHER FLUID WAS AN OVERSIGHT AND IT DIDN'T NEED AN OIL CHANGE. 8/3 THE JEEP OVERHEATED WHILE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY PULLED OVER AND FOUND THERE WAS NO COOLANT IN THE JEEP. THIS WAS AT 22,421 MILES. I SENT A TEXT MESSAGE TO RICH AND THEN LEFT HIM A MESSAGE ON 8/5. 8/6 I CALLED MOTORWOLRD AND THEN WAS SCHEDULED TO BRING IT ON 8/7. WHILE I WAS ONSITE, RICH TOLD ME IS THERE WERE ANYMORE ISSUES HE WOULD FIND SOMETHING TO SWITCH ME INTO. 10/11 THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, I STOPPED AND HAD IT RAN FOR CODES BUT NOTHING CAME UP. I EMAILED RICH AGAIN ASKING HIM TO FIND ME SOMETHING TO BE SWITCHED INTO WITH NO RESPONSE. THE JEEP WENT BACK INTO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I STOPPED AT THE DEALERSHIP AND RICH WASN'T THERE SO I TALKED TO ANGEL WHO TOLD ME THAT THE CHECK ENGINE COULD BE ON BECAUSE THE GAS CAP WAS PUT ON CORRECTLY. 10/15 I REACHED OUT ASKING FOR SOMEONE IN THE CORP. OFFICE TO CONTACT ME AND RECEVIED AND EMAIL FROM SHELLY AND I REPLIED EXPLAINING EVERYTHING. 10/17 I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL TO SHELLY THAT I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSES FROM ANYONE AND THAT MY JEEP WAS STILL IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND AT THIS POINT I WOULD LIKE MY OLD JEEP BACK BECAUSE THIS IS CRAZY. SHELLY RESPONDED THAT IT WAS A JEEP ISSUE NOT A THEM ISSUE AND RICH WOULD REACH OUT. RICH DID CALL AND LET ME KNOW HE WOULD WORK ON FINDING ME SOMETHING TO SWITCH INTO. i DID GET MY JEEP BACK LATER THAT DAY HOWEVER, IT WAS PULLED TO THE RIGHT, AND IT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT ALWAYS HAD POWER WHEN IT SHOULD. 11/8 I TEXTED RICH FOR AN UPDATE ON FINDING ME SOMETHING NEW. 11/22 I REACHED OUT TO SERVICE SO THEY WERE AWARE MY JEEP WAS STILL HAVING ISSUES. 12/4 I SENT RICH ANOTHER TEXT LOOKING FOR AN UPDATE. 12/11 I SENT RICH AN EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE. 12/12 OPENED A CHAT ON MOTORWORLDS WEBSITE THAT I UNDERSTOOD THINGS LIKE THIS TAKE TIME BUT I WOULD LIKE UPDATES SO I'M AWARE OF WHATS GOING ON. 12/15 TEXTED RICH AGAIN WITH AGAIN NO RESPONSE. 12/16- TEXTED MOTORWORLD AND ALSO CALLED AND LEFT VOICEMAIL. SOMEONE CALLED BACK TO TOUCH BASE WITH ME OVER THE SITUATION. 12/17 FINALLY GOT A TEXT BACK FROM RICH WHO STATED THEY HAVEN'T TRADED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR YET WHICH IS FUNNY BECAUSE WHEN WE TALKED LAST HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO HAVE HIS CAR GUY LOOK FOR SOMETHING FOR ME. I TOLD HIM I WOULD LIKE TO BE UPDATED OCCASIONALLY SO I KNOW THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT. 1/5 I SPOKE TO MARIAH IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT ABOUT THE ISSUES I WAS STILL HAVING WITH THE JEEP AND WHEN I SAID I NEEDED A LOANER WHILE THEY ARE WORKING ON MINE I WAS SCHEDULED FOR 2ND WEEK OF FEB BECAUSE THEY WON'T HAVE A LOANER UNTIL THEN. THIS BY FAR WAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR AND WORKING WITH A DEALERSHIP, WHILE SOME OF THE ISSUES WITH THE JEEP MAY BE FROM RECALLS. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION. More

We had Ryan as a salesman and from the first moment we were on motor world property. I’m skeptical about everybody and anybody especially someone trying to sell my family something and these people really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with my wife.
