My Review of Motorcars Honda:
DC Motors in Rockhampton is the last place I would recommend anyone to go, take your money then no after sales service, their answer is you signed the contract. I bought an 08 Honda Civic and specifically asked for an 08 built one, I checked the car and it is dated 08 under the bonnet unfortunately I did not know that you had to check inside the left hand door to see when it was built, and guess what built in 07 thats exactly what I did not ask for bad luck for us, after years of buying vehicles from the same dealership. I guess there is no reward for loyalty any more and service looking after the customer it does not exist at this dealership. Anyone wishing to get some professional treatment I recomend you go to Ian Weigh Toyota in Rockhampton to be treated the way the customer should be treated, good on you Ian Weigh Toyota, shame on you DC Motors Rockhampton.

Worked with the dealership over two days to find the right car at the right price. Our salesman, "Hubb" Capps, was amazingly uninformed. We found a vehicle online that was on their lot, with a price of $15,775. When we arrived at the dealership, I asked about this car and was promptly informed that it was sold (strangely enough, I could see it for sale on the lot right behind us). I asked him about the car sitting right there, and he gave us a ridiculous price of over $18,000. I had to take him into his own office and show him on his own website that the car was indeed still for sale and still available, and at the price i had previously stated. Needless to say, things didn't get much better from there. After finding the right car and beginning the negotiation, Hubb was at the best insulting. He aparently had no interest in actually selling a car, and we walked away with a very poor impression of Motorcars Honda. If you're looking for service and price, head to Honda of Mentor. It'll be worth it!

My family has bought 2 new Civics from Omar in the past 2 years and have had great service and deals both times-- in all departments! Other dealers will try to quote a lower price or more for a trade-in; however, they tack on all sorts of hidden fees. Dare to compare the final price-- this dealership will give you print-outs that include everything so that there are no surprises. Best of all, where else can one go to get such great hours for the service/repair department (open to 3am on 4 days/week)? A+++++++
