This will be our third auto purchased from Motorcars. Our latest purchase was a challenge. The 2013 Honda Accord we wanted was very difficult to find. The crew I was working with never gave up. Their determination just proved to me that Honda Motorcars is the best dealership in Ohio. I was very happy with the entire process and was very impressed with the service I received. I would highly recommend Honda Motorcars to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Rick Klimkowski let me know that my lease was near its expiration date and invited me to visit Motorcars and discuss my options. I was so pleased that Rich had contacted me to begin the process of moving to a new vehicle. Rich was most hospitable and did everything he could to make the experience a comfortable one. He gave the the opportunity to test drive the 2013 Civic (my car of choice); and was most thorough in outlining all of the car's special features. Rich assisted me in selecting the color; and when I was uncertain about one of the metallic shades he made certain to find a vehicle in crimson to help in making my decision. Rich even had the car washed so I could truly see its quality. The crimson Civic was beautiful and my choice was then clear. Although Rich explained that I could drive my new lease vehicle home that evening, he said it would be fine if I needed time to consider the matter. I opted to take my new car home that evening and Rich quickly initiated the process so that everything would proceed smoothly. Rich made certain I had a snack and something to drink as it was nearing dinner time. I appreciated that he phoned my insurance company; and within a short period of time I had a temporary insurance validation faxed to me to use until my permanent card arrived.

I went home for a few minutes while the car was being prepped; and when I returned my new Civic was nearly ready to "hit the road". While I was signing the necessary papers with Matt (who was very courteous and pleasant) Rich was transferring my plates and later assisted me in moving items from my 2010 Civic to my new vehicle. And although it was nearly closing, Rich spent time programming the menu items, setting my favorite radio stations, and helping me to activate the blue tooth feature. I returned the next day to return my other set of keys for the 2010 model and once again Rich was gracious and treated me like an old friend. He has also offered me, should a get a new cell phone, to help me connect it to the Blue Tooth.

I would also like to offer a brief shout out to Brian Zent who inspected my 2010 Honda and answered some of my questions. He was most helpful. I would add that everyone at Motorcars Honda Cleveland Heights is wonderful and the entire staff makes me feel right at home.

In short Motorcars Honda Cleveland Heights is fortunate to have such an energetic, courteous, and knowledgeable employee in Rich Klimkowski. I rate him very highly and would refer others to Rich and to Motorcars Honda.

Thanks Rich for a really pleasant experience. And I love my new Civic.

We needed to trade in a 2001 Saturn for something larger and safer--- the Saturn needed work and we needed a predictable monthly cost. I went online to see how much we might get in trade in value and was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call the same day. Going in, I THOUGHT we would purchase used, but in the end, leasing ended up a much better option for us. We got a great trade in value, and a lease payment under $300 a month for a brand new Honda Accord with plenty of bells and whistles I didn't even know I wanted. Ken Rainey really took our needs into consideration and was friendly and easy to work with.

I gave Motorcars Honda a good score across the board because I had a ball park idea of what I wanted, called that day, and made a deal that day. The salesman let the product sell itself. He showed the various options of the model, gave soe quick test drives, filled in my gaps of knowledge with straightforward information, and we sat down to talk numbers. Informative, not pushy and quick.
I was happy with the the efficiency of the financing department and the car was cleaned and ready to go for me the next day when I came to pick it up. Overall, a very good and personal experience. I didn't feel like I was in a Risk strategy game the whole time.

Ken Rainey processed our lease (2 cars) and made the overall experience, which I usually dread, easy and comfortable. His customer service went above and beyond. He juggled the sale, entertaining my 3 small kids and getting our cars ready all at the same time....and did it with a smile. Even days after the sale, he made sure that my Odyssey was taken care of (minor buff and resist-all added). A+
