Worst customer service imaginable I show up to the lot, Keith King gives me a valet key to test drive the Audi A5 I end up purchasing. I sign all necessary paper work, get the car insured and after I’m getting ready to leave the lot with my new purchase, Keith informs me that they do not have the original key, only the valet key (hunk of plastic and door key that is easily broken in the door lock during the cold winter months of Michigan, AKA I often couldn’t get in my car ). However he insured me that he would order the Audi key that day and have it delivered to my doorstep to then be programmed. Four days pass and I call for an update. Keith explains that he has his “key guy” searching for the proper key to be order out and to be patient. I call back on roughly day 8 “ the key has been purchased and is shipping in route, will be arriving within the next few days”. Roughly Day 14 after purchase “the key will be in next Wednesday (Day 19). Keith than informs me that I will need to drive my car to their Lansing location to pick up the new key and take it to an Audi dealer to be programmed (not delivered as promised; later I discover only an official Audi dealer can program the key). I than pick up the key which is not an official Audi made key but rather a knock off one purchased off of EBay. Even so I take the key to the dealership to be programmed, wait for an hour and a half for the service to be done only for Keith to call me after my wait and say “they can’t program the key to your car, I guess they need a real Audi OEM key to make it work. The Audi dealer wants to charge me for today’s labor”. DO I CARE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU!!! I didn’t leave the Audi dealship until Keith gave them all billing info to charge Motorcars of K-zoo for that days labor, an official Audi OEM key and the labor costs for the 2nd programming attempt. Cost Motorcars of K-Zoo roughly 500$ to make things right, still don’t have my key until a week from now. Never will I recommend this place to anyone, what a joke. More

My father is an attorney and he's going to make it his business to see that this business is put in its rightful place. I'm glad I recorded the whole thing with mike being very belligerent as if I'm not a customer. I purchased an Audi A6 2007 the check engine light came on a week after purchasing it. I went to the dealership because Mike told me that he would see what was wrong with the vehicle. Instead mike became very belligerent and indignant about prior information that was needed. I begin to explain that I can't rush my place of employment. I can give when it's given to me. He then lied about contacting my place of employment which later confirmed that he me never called. He then got mad that they confirmed that they was never contacted and began yelling like a Benji "get your stuff out the car I'll give you a refund" which he never gave me MY full refund. He then begin to belittle me and degrade me the whole time I was sitting patiently for my refund. I do not recommend this business its full of spoiled rich kids with power issues. I will contact and show everyone in my power this video. It was unbelieveble I'm still in a state of shock More

Very horrible experience Would never buy a vehicle from here again, went down on a Saturday to look at a vehicle and liked it a lot except for a clunk noise it had in the fron Would never buy a vehicle from here again, went down on a Saturday to look at a vehicle and liked it a lot except for a clunk noise it had in the front end, I said I would buy it if it was fixed, Keith assured that it would be fixed by Monday, we went down there on Monday and test drove it again, it was not fixed. So he had his "backyard mechanic" look at it and they assured it was a different part, waited for a couple hours and test drove it again and it was not fixed, so Keith said well you take it to your mechanic and I will pay for it to be fixed and pay for the alignment, so I did that and he said you pay for it and I will refund ur money back, so I did, after that is when all the trouble happened. I called him the next week asking if he sent the money and he came up with a excuse on how he didn't send it right away, I called him week after week for 3 months and it was a different excuse every time. A couple times he even said that he sent it,Now he said he's not gunna pay for it. Keith is a liar and a very rude car salesman, and this is a very poorly way to handle a sale. More
