Upon arrival, my transmission started acting weird and the information system told me to service transmission now. I called and spoke with Ryan Chang, a service advisor who told me to bring it right in, about a mile drive. Although the code reader showed nothing, he asked me if I could wait an hour or so while they diagnosed the problem. 45 minutes later I was informed I had serious problems; my truck is a 2024 lease with 20k miles. They ordered the part on Thursday and I had planned on departing Saturday. Ryan did his best to try and make that possible but it was a very labor intensive repair. Long story short, I was on my way Tuesday early afternoon. Ryan kept me informed throughout the process and was courteous and professional in every aspect. Being from out of town needing a major repair is hectic but I knew early on I was in good hands. Now hopefully Chrysler Care will take just as good of care with me as I attempt to recover 3 extra days of hotels and numerous Uber rides. More
