Don't trust these people. I called and was told the car was not on the lot, but the sales rep spoke to the manager. The manager would not let me put a deposit down, but told m I called and was told the car was not on the lot, but the sales rep spoke to the manager. The manager would not let me put a deposit down, but told me I was first in line. I was told that they would call me when the car was on it's way, and hold the keys for me while I was driving there. I even negotiated the price. I set everything up to come pick it up a couple of days later at the time it arrived. I even confirmed the morning of the pickup that everything was set. I had to call them back later on during the pickup day. I was then told there was someone who already had bought it. Apparently, the rep who picked it up called another person and sold it to them. (I was never told that calling me from the pickup was an option). I spoke with one of the managers (not the original one). He told me that there was a "miscommunication" between the folks there. I was told that apparently "many people" had been interested in it and "several people" wanted to put deposits down on it. He had no idea why I was promised all that I was. So, riddle me this. Are you saying in 2025 you don’t keep any notes file on the negotiations for your used cars? If not, then do you just “hope” two reps are not making promises to different buyers around the same time? If you do keep notes, why was I promised so much if another rep had already inked a deal and that person was ahead of me? If you keep no records, do I risk coming in and you say, “we have no records of the agreements you made the other day on price”? And how is it that you have a super popular car they you have had tons of interest in, but this was all just a miscommunication where a manager didn’t know there was already a buyer lined up? This sound so fishy to me. I asked for the name of the manager who agreed to all of this with me but was told they couldn't figure that out because there is 5 of them. So apparently with so many managers no one knows who agreed to the terms with me 4 days ago or who was even working that day? If you deal with these folks you may be lied to, or they may just be so scattered that their right hand doesn’t know what their left hand is doing. You may have a car sold out from underneath you. Oh, and they could care less about the time, effort, and money I spent getting prepare to come pick it up. Save your time effort and money and stay away from them. More
Looking at a $43,000 vehicle, asked about trade in on my car, worth about $22,000. They offered $17,000, and tried to explain that the reduced taxes on the new car added to the trade in value. Talked to ano car, worth about $22,000. They offered $17,000, and tried to explain that the reduced taxes on the new car added to the trade in value. Talked to another dealership, who offered me $22,000 on my car. I found them condescending and very rude. More
BUYERS BEWARE So I drove 4+ hours to buy my vehicle from here. And the service was amazing they made me feel very welcome and what not but problems didn’t start occ So I drove 4+ hours to buy my vehicle from here. And the service was amazing they made me feel very welcome and what not but problems didn’t start occurring until AFTER my family and I had left. So my family and I had noticed that there was a bubbling/ paint raise at the front of the car I was purchasing and they had agreed to fix that and also to get me the spare key and the remoteless entry code from the original owner. And that if they couldn’t get the code from the original owner that my local ford could access it for free and get it for me. So I call my local ford and find out that it’s an $82 dollar fee to get the code and an additional $180 dollars for the key. So I call the dealership which at this point STILL hadn’t got back to me and they informed me that they wouldn’t be following up on their end of the bargain and getting me the extra key and code from the owner. So now I’m stuck getting the key ( Which cost a FORTUNE) out of my own pocket. They’ve still agreed to fix the bubbling and pay to get the keyless entry code but after buying a car for 30,000 dollars you figure getting my spare key wouldn’t be a problem either. So if you DO end up going to this dealership just know that they’re only looking to make money and don’t care about your personal need or anything after the fact 👍🏼 also get everything agreed upon in writing or it will not happen. will not be referring anyone to this dealership EVER. Upset and frustrated at my car buying experience here. More
Unprofessional and pushy I have dealt with my fair share of car salesmen and finance managers. My husband and I were shopping around for a specific truck that we had in mind. I have dealt with my fair share of car salesmen and finance managers. My husband and I were shopping around for a specific truck that we had in mind. We were pre-approved with Capitol One, so we were aware that we could be approved. We drove an hour and a half from our home to look at a vehicle that was a trade-in from a previous few days. We spoke with them on a Thursday MORNING and went up on a LATE Saturday MORNING. They had yet to put it though inspection even after confirming with us 3 times that we were coming. I spoke with two people Kristi and Edwin, both confirmed my arrival by email AND text message. When we got there, they were SO busy that neither one of them worked with us and had another salesperson? work with us. That is fine, and didn't really bother me, it was the fact that they set us down at a table in the showroom to fill out our own credit app. NEVER in my car buying experience have I had this happen and I have bought FIVE cars from a dealer before. After reviewing our credit and knowing that we were NOT putting money down and were NOT trading a vehicle in they came back at us with an offer of having to put money down and that our payment range for the amount we were financing and our credit was unrealistic. We refused and they went back to play with numbers. I know they didn't try very hard or even come down on the price of the truck (Steve, an employee, had just got done telling us they didn't think it would sell and planned on taking it to auction, therefore at that point we were the better option for them to make money) because they couldn't get anything to "work". Which my husband and I are very self aware of our credit and our purchasing power. We knew xxxx good and well that this was a lie. Needless to say we didn't get a truck from them, and returned to VW in Grand Junction and purchased a truck with a loan almost twice the amount of what Mountain Chevy said they couldn't make work. Oh well their loss and not ours. More
