Hard to call and talk to a person actually at the dealer to get information on Service status of my car or find out other info. Had to go through 800 number with people answering phone with no knowledge o to get information on Service status of my car or find out other info. Both times we have used the service center they have damaged different parts of our car and when asked about it they act as if they do no wrong. We have left messages for them to call us back so we can damaged different parts of our car and when asked about it they act as if they do no wrong. Dealer provided a rental car while they diagnosed the failure. The original part replaced didn’t fix the issue, but they were able to resolve the problem after more investigation.
