I still have a blown speaker in my vehicle. It's a total hassle to get a ride to or from the dealer since you don't offer loaner cars or professional ride share services. Absolutely inconvenience to bring a a vehicle for service and not be able to get around. The last ride I received was totally unprofessional and did not align with my schedule. Communication isn't the best either. First time I took my vehicle got service I was left stranded without a vehicle and did not find out the service was not going as planned until the end of the day even though I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning More

I called the week before my appointment to confirm the part whlas in and they told me YES. I dropped my car off at 730 am for a first thing appointment and got a call 5 HOURS later to be told they actuall part whlas in and they told me YES. I made the appointment f9r when I am off work because I go to work at 630 am and I was told we'll maybe the manufacturere will get you a rental. Then I find out that the sister dealership in cherry hill had 70 of the parts available. So why couldn't they get the part from them? Why was it told you had the part when you didn't.
