Had a 10:00 appointment, arrived 20 minuets early. They took truck back at 10:40 for first service on truck.an hour later I was informed they could not rotate tires due to type of truck. I called them prior to driving 50 minuets to dealership just to make sure they could rotate tires, service manager told me it would be an additional 150 dollars rotate tires ( which is already included in regular service ). I explained it needed to be completed. Thirty minuets later I get a call saying that it could not be completed due to size of vehicle, that I explained exactly to service manager. I drove truck to woody Folsom Ford in barley where vehicle was purchased and they were happy to rotate tires. More
