Overall, a good experience. I especially enjoyed my experience with my salesperson,Tanner Lucas, and financial advisor Kaitlin. He was able to get the vehicle I was interested in purchasing from another dealership with no issues. The outside of the vehicle was washed when I took delivery,but I had to remove stickers on the inside and open and place the floor mats which I thought the prep department should do since it was a new vehicle. I thought maybe a sales manager or general manager would introduce themself/themselves, but that didn’t happen. I would consider purchasing from Murray Mazda in the future. More

Dan was great with inspection, tire rotation and an oil change. The cost was pretty comparable to other service centers. I just bought a 2020 Toyota Tacoma from Murray in April of this year. It's a basic model, had about 54,900 miles on it at the time of purchase and seemed to be in decent shape. Recently, I had a message co of this year. It's a basic model, had about 54,900 miles on it at the time of purchase and seemed to be in decent shape. Recently, I had a message come up on the screen saying that there was a malfunction in the airbag system and now the airbag no longer works. A few days ago, the AC system quit working completely. Then I find the original sticker price was only $29,000 when it was brand new - Murray charged me $25,000 for this vehicle. I just looked at the used price on KBB and it should not have been ANY MORE than $23,000. I called them today to see if they would help me out with the issues (obviously upset when I called) and they basically told me there was nothing they could do since it was not in warranty. Then the guy literally lectured me on how I was coming across to him on the phone - sorry, guy.....who wouldn't be upset about this?? I just gave you $25,000 on a used truck that you overpriced me on and now you can't help me at all? It is a horrible shame, too....I had a great experience with Murray back in 2007 when I bought a Honda Civic from them. The Sales Manager is a pompous jerk, I believe his name was Will Marks. Do not go here, the customer service was awful. I am extremely disappointed with them and their lack of help with a used truck I've only made two payments on!!!! More

This dealership is 40 mins from our home; we took a half day off of work for the appointment. Took our Mazda in for service as several lights were lit up on the dash-this was indicated to the service depart day off of work for the appointment. Took our Mazda in for service as several lights were lit up on the dash-this was indicated to the service department when we made the appointment. When the car was done, we went back to pay and confirmed at lights were out on the dash. The service manager, Dan, went out with my husband to check and 2 lights were still on. Dan told my husband that “he could get us in next week to take care of the other lights”. When they came back in, I was told the same thing. At that point, we explained that we live 40 mins away from the dealership and coming back another day would require more time off of work. Dan said he couldn’t take the car back into service because they had a cylinder head change coming in. After Dan mansplained to me that the lights were on because the system was off, I responded with “it doesn’t matter why the lights are on, they shouldn’t be on and that is why we brought the car on for service”. After much back and forth, it was only after I had to raise my voice that Dan finally conceded and said he would take the car back to service. Since we left the dealership, the check engine light has been on and we have tried to contact Dan numerous times without a return call. Check engine light is still on :( More
