Service advisor never called me with updates- I had to call in myself to ask. They didn't call me when the car was done meaning I kept a rental car a day longer than I needed to. Dealership did not provid call in myself to ask. They didn't call me when the car was done meaning I kept a rental car a day longer than I needed to. Dealership did not provide loaner car when car was in shop for extended period (11 days). I will not be using dealership again for any service other than routine oil changes. I am glad they were able to fix what was wrong with my car but my local shop never leaves me in limbo like that and they always provide a loaner. I was out an extra $250 due to needing a rental car.
