There was a hard sell on add ons to my sale. There were 3 add on services added to my original quote to increasse sale value of vehicle. I requested that all add on be removed from the sale and There were 3 add on services added to my original quote to increasse sale value of vehicle. I requested that all add on be removed from the sale and I was told that Lojack was already installed on the traverse and it could not be removed. it was a 700 add. I later researched and the lojack service could have been removed and that the dealership makes more money on this extra service. They increased my trade by $200 because of the lojack, so i ended up agreeing to a $500 increase because finding black traverse inventory is super limited. I have bought 4 GM vehicles in the last 5 years and I will not trust NYE Chevy If there is any doubt about my statements I have them all in writing from the salesman More
