Andrew told me my back brakes were bad and I needed to replace them before my vehicle passed inspection! We just had new brakes put on the vehicle so that was suspicious! Then he told me about a payment p replace them before my vehicle passed inspection! We just had new brakes put on the vehicle so that was suspicious! Then he told me about a payment plan to get them replaced and I told him I have a mechanic I will bring it to him! When I got home I Noticed I had a. New inspection sticker, it passed inspection, the paperwork shows it failed. So I brought my vehicle to my mechanic and the back brakes are fine! You have now lost my business it is sad that you try to scam people out of money for services they do not need! More

The service work requested was completed in a timely manner. All work was done and explained during pick up as the vehicle was a drop off. The vehicle on 10-19-23 had four rocker moldings repaired from manner. All work was done and explained during pick up as the vehicle was a drop off. The vehicle on 10-19-23 had four rocker moldings repaired from damage caused by the service lift at NYE. Subsequently, on the drivers side the panel has cracked since the panel was repaired and not replaced. I asked to have this addressed. The service manager stated this was not from the lift and that it could be repaired at their paint shop for 250.00. Rather than contesting this my wife took the car to the paint shop to set up an appointment where they gave her a quote of 1000.00. This certainly is not what I would call good service. This vehicle is only serviced by NYE Toyota. This damage was not caused by any other means. Again, Holly and the service work on the vehicle was excellent. More
