I visited this dealership looking for a good pre-owned truck for. I explained to my sales person (Alfred who is a must if you visit this dealership) what I was looking for in a truck and he took right to truck for. Best thing about the experience is that Alfred did not pressure me into buying from him, didn't make any promises we just talk trucks. I really enjoyed my experience. I didn't buy the truck that day. I did some shopping around, however, I only bought from Ivory Chevy because of Alfred, he is a Great Guy and to top it off, he is HONEST which is very refreshing and extremely rare. I called the dealer to inquire about purchasing a new Chevy Volt. I was transferred around to several people, ended up on a voicemail for no one and had to call back. I went through the transferring through different people again and finally got through to a sales person ( I suppose?). When he answered the phone I asked about the incentives or current rates for the Volt. His reply was "the what? a vault?". I said sorry for your time and hung up. If you don't even know the name of one of the newest, hottest cars on the market then I assume the rest of the dealership experience would be extremely sub par. More
