I live in Lithonia about 20 minutes from the Kia dealership. Have been dealing with Nalley since I moved to Georgia in 2015. I own two Infiniti vehicles; 2005 G35x and 2012 G37x. My experience with Nalley had been mixed since my 2005 purchase. I thought about purchasing another Infiniti but thought about checking out the KIA vehicles my wife was interested in. We decided to go with the KIA K5 because of the positive experience with Marcus Booker and the convience of the excellent facility that was right in our backyard.. More

Unprofessional and Dishonest — Especially the Manager, Mike I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this dealership. I spoke multiple times over the phone with the manager, Mike, who assured me that I could bring my own financing and that the price we discussed was locked in. I even told him I had the same offer from another dealership, but he insisted I come to them, saying I should buy from them since I contacted them first. Trusting his word, I drove nearly 40 minutes with my wife and two small children—only to be completely misled. Once I arrived, they pressured me into running my credit to “see if they could beat the rate.” I agreed, thinking they were being honest. After they couldn’t offer anything better, Mike and the team suddenly said they would not honor the agreed price unless I financed through them at a much higher interest rate. This bait-and-switch tactic was completely dishonest and disrespectful of my time and effort. Mike, in particular, was unprofessional and not truthful despite all his assurances over the phone. In the end, I went to Carriage Kia, where I got a better deal and experienced professional, honest, and excellent service. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you don’t want to be misled and put through unnecessary stress—especially with your family in tow. More
