****Beware of the service department****** I had an oil change months ago and was driving on 75 and my under shield flew off and my wheel moldings flew off damaging my car days after the oil change at Infi change months ago and was driving on 75 and my under shield flew off and my wheel moldings flew off damaging my car days after the oil change at Infiniti. I brought it back and they told me I hit something which I did not. I wouldn’t have brought it back to them if I did. The damages cost me 7k claim to my insurance I haven’t been back since . Couple weeks ago they call me and tell me I have a recall in my engine and I need to get it checked by getting an oil change which is understandable. I make the appointment. Also please note I have to drive for work so I let them know I needed a loaner and they said no problem. I brought it in. 1 they didn’t have a loaner so I remade the appointment for today. I bring it today. I wasn’t on the schedule but they miraculously found a loaner for me. That was good no problems there. I get my car back. I have my team at my job put it on a lift to make sure everything is secured and no clips missing. They found 3 clips missing and the rest half put in looked like a 5 year old worked on my car. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK. If I didn’t have so much money left on my car to pay I would trade it in for something else. More

We came in to service our 2012 Infiniti, where we met Leo, a salesperson. He was excellent to work with, and helped my wife and I purchase a beautiful QX50 sport. The managers, Cullen and Dylan were also Leo, a salesperson. He was excellent to work with, and helped my wife and I purchase a beautiful QX50 sport.
