We received the car via transport with two cosmetic cracks/chips that were not shown before purchase. The car already is showing a suspension service message and the AC and cooling seats are not workin cracks/chips that were not shown before purchase. The car already is showing a suspension service message and the AC and cooling seats are not working and we’ve only had it a few days. Communication is not prompt and I often have to cc several people to get a response. Feels like we got scammed. I’m hoping they make it right and pay for these issues to be fixed for us. Would be happy to change my review if so. Currently still waiting to hear back . . . Again. More
