Our salesman was excellent however, once he found us the perfect car things went downhill fast. Finance was horrendous. We spent almost 2 hours waiting to complete the paperwork and never got copies of our perfect car things went downhill fast. Finance was horrendous. We spent almost 2 hours waiting to complete the paperwork and never got copies of our lease paperwork or any other one of the forms we had to sign. The finance lady was abrasive, condescending and extremely unwilling to explain why the price of the car was so much higher than the on line price for the exact same vehicle. I even showed he the web page where their own dealership was offering a better deal on line than she was in person. Salesman=very good, finance = us never returning to this dealership again. More
