Great work, professionally done (as usual), friendly people I have been using Hawk Ford since I bought my 2012 Ford Escape since I bought it used in Jan 2014. At 122k it still runs great, I have never had a si I have been using Hawk Ford since I bought my 2012 Ford Escape since I bought it used in Jan 2014. At 122k it still runs great, I have never had a single problem with this car. The people at Hawk Ford, all of the ones I have met over the years, are not only friendly but helpful and knowledgeable, thats why I have continued to go to them any time I need any work done on my Escape. I love the car, and like and trust the people that take care of it. More

Techs need to learn how to read tires Techs in the Quick Lane department just don't get it. Scan the bar code on the door, then read the tires. If they don't match ask the owner. Don't fill the tires well below the pressure recommended on the tire. Back in the "OLD DAYS" a person would inflate tires up to 10% less than the cold max as stated on the tire sidewall to allow for expansion. For example, a tire designed to contain 80lbs of air can be filled to 72 pounds. BUT, when a tech REMOVES air from said tire down to 35psi, we are quickly approaching the debacle of the mid 90's when all those Explorers were flipping/rolling over.
