Horrible Service and Customer Service The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On Saturday, February 23, 2019 I took my car for service. During the multipoint inspection The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On Saturday, February 23, 2019 I took my car for service. During the multipoint inspection they identified some additional issues including an issue with the power steering totaling $1609. I agree to the work, they fixed the car, I paid and went on my way. On Monday, February 25, 2019 the inside of the car filled with nauseous smoke and it smelled like the car was on fire. The car is taken back to the dealership, we wait a hour and a half and are not given the status of the vehicle. I ask the customer service rep about the status of the car, he doesn’t know if the car was serviced or the diagnosis. Finally he checks with the mechanic and tells me that he has to replace the hose that they already replaced on Saturday! Additionally they don’t have the part, I’m shuffled off to the cashier with no additional details or timelines. I ask to speak to a manager, Nick (Sales Manager) comes out and he tells me that he didn’t do it (seriously?). No apologies or empathy, nothing but lack luster energy. After this incident, I will not spend any more of my hard earned money with Hawk Ford! More
Lying con artists This is such an annoying and sad review because as an Oak Lawn resident I'm definitely a "shop Oak Lawn" guy. My mom bought a used car here on 11/ This is such an annoying and sad review because as an Oak Lawn resident I'm definitely a "shop Oak Lawn" guy. My mom bought a used car here on 11/24. There were a couple of things wrong with it on the day she bought it but the salesman Nick Ristich , who assured my mom they would be taken care of but the service department was busy that day. Nothing major..........the passenger side mirror was broke but of course we had "his word" we could bring it back in 3-4 days and it would be taken care of............ That was 6 weeks ago. The first 2 times my 81 year old mother was told to bring the car back they told her when she got there they were too busy and to go home. The 3rd time she brought it in they took they car and held it for 4 days. She was called and told to pick up her car..........she went in and nothing had been done to the car. The lies and excuses coming from this place got more insulting and laughable as we went along. The final word came yesterday when the manager of the service department called her and said "we can't fix the mirror because you don't have anything in writing that says we will". The only thing we had was the word of the salesman Nick, which apparently doesn't count for anything at this place. It's amazing to me that a place would lose thousands of dollars of future business over a $200 mirror but that's what happened. If you're an Oak Lawn resident like I am, or if you know people in the neighborhood looking for a car, please steer them away from these lying con artists. There is nothing worse in this world than I liar but if you want to deal with liars you have to come to the right place with salesman Nick Ristich and your Oak Lawn Hawk Ford. More

Arrive to find they haven’t done oil yet....they forgot.?? Then they do change and dont use full syn as ordered. Service manager Ken doesn’t return calls....very dissatisfied and this is my second bad experience in a row. More
Satisfied!!!!! I came in to repair my 2012 focus and I left with a new 2018 Focus. Thanks to my Sales Associate Esteban Cintron. He saw that my old car had over 200k I came in to repair my 2012 focus and I left with a new 2018 Focus. Thanks to my Sales Associate Esteban Cintron. He saw that my old car had over 200k miles and needed repairs. His expertise and knowledge helped me find my perfect car. Thank you Hawk Ford for your great Service and Sales team! More
TERRIBLE experience!!! Brought my 2012 explorer in for A.C problems they told me over phone it would be $350 to repair. When i went to pick up my truck the bil experience!!! Brought my 2012 explorer in for A.C problems they told me over phone it would be $350 to repair. When i went to pick up my truck the bill changed to $450. After requesting a manager i was "allowed" to pay the $350 I was quoted. THE NEXT DAY my A.C is still not working so i was told to drop my truck off again which i did on a Tuesday by Thursday I had to CALL THEM as to status of my car, the tech hadnt looked at it yet so i complained about not having a means of transportation so they tell me to come in for rental car from Enterprise not a loaner from Ford. I pick up rental car and couldn't 3 days pass with NO WORD on my car I finally call them and was told it would be another $246 to repair a switch which may or may not fix the problem. I decline service told them to judt give me my car back which they did. Two days later my credit card was charged $243 for rental car, when i called Ford to find out why the service Manager had the nerve to tell me the rental car was a privileged. A PRIVILEGE??? YOU overbooked repairs so you couldn't see my car in a timley fashion failed to contact me in a timely manner charged me $350 for NOT REPAIRING my A.C then to add salt to injury you stick me with $243 rental car bill. #hawkford More

Hawk Ford failed me repeatedly during my Transmission repair experience. No contact from Service Manager after initial visit. Expect him to be unresponsive to calls and emails. Aggressive sales pitch to buy a new car by men who didn't see the irony of calling the Ford I bought from them and had services by them 'worthless' while trying to sell me on the same car, only newer. Really? The one star in this review is a shout out to the service tech who diagnosed and replaced the transmission. More
Best Service I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Hawk for the past three years for maintenance and service. I have never been disappointed in their service. I deal with Andrew Rodriquez and he and his staff have always been more than accommodating to getting everything checked out on my car. Recent visit was this past Tuesday and their customer service person, Telia, was absolutely outstanding. Kudos to Hawk Ford and their exceptional service! More

Take the Money and Run We bought a brand new 2017 Ford Escape, and within 2 months the alarm was dinging constantly and the alarm wouldn't set when trying to lock it. Three We bought a brand new 2017 Ford Escape, and within 2 months the alarm was dinging constantly and the alarm wouldn't set when trying to lock it. Three different trips in for service could not find or resolve the problem. The last time they told us to bring it in so they could speak with Ford engineers, and when we got it there, said they needed to keep it for 3 days. They would get us a loaner but we had to provide a credit card, which we don't have. Never mentioned having to keep the car previously. When we said we couldn't do that, they told us to try another dealer closer to our home. They were very glad to take our money to sell us the car, though. Now I have a brand new car that annoys the heck out of me with its dinging, and that I can't set an alarm on when I leave it. More
