I was treated with respect. I felt like I was among friends. A shuttle was provided so I could enjoy a burger for lunch at a nearby restaurant, while I waited for the service wo I felt like I was among friends. The waiting room was clean and the TV made my wait seem almost like nothing. I also had my questions answered clearly. More
