I had corresponded with this dealership through text,email and 1 phone call. I had set up a appointment to check out a vehicle on their lot. The night before I was supposed to be there i received a text,email and 1 phone call. I had set up a appointment to check out a vehicle on their lot. We arrived early and went in. Was greeted right away. I was told by email to ask for The VIP manager. The young gentleman said he was. Told him we had a appointment to look at a vehicle. Told him what it was. He looked the went and talked to someone else. Returned with we sold that vehicle yesterday. That's fine. First come first serve. But a little courtesy with a phone call would have been nice. Before driving over a hour to get there. They got what they wanted A SALE. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you do deal with them. Be very cautious. They just want the sale in my opinion. More
