I worked Andrew Ramus, the general manager, he asked what kind of vehicle I was searching for and he delivered. I brought in a trade in offer I received from carmax and HE BEAT THEIR OFFER. He got me approved and out the door with a beautifully new to me 2017 Audi A4, AND I KEPT MY AFTERMARKET WHEELS. Went into Napoleon to look at a ‘18 BMW 5 Series on their lot. Worked with Brendon who is friendly and knowledgeable in regards to the vehicles on their lot. I highly recommend choosing him as your salesman if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. After a couple hours with him, and A few minutes with Guss, I left for the day. I returned the next day after sleeping on it, and completed the transition. I feel I got a fair deal at Napleton. Highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Napleton with Brendon. More
