I was ready to purchase a brand new car. This dealership would not give me any information about pricing unless I came into the store during a pandemic. Would give 0 stars if i could. wish I would have listened the Yelp reviews before I purchased a jeep from them. Horrible sales people. They disappear for 10-20min at a time. We drove 1 1/2 hours to buy a Jeep they advertised for about $46,000. We called 3 times on the way there to make sure it was there and were told it was there for us to look at. When we got there, the first person told us it was not there because a person had taken it home to see if it fit in their garage and that it would not be there until the next day. The sales manager told us the store manager had taken it home and was not sure when it would be back. They also told us the price would be $10,000 more than advertised because the lift kit that was on it was not included in the advertised price, even though there were 36 pictures of it on the website with the lift kit and no mention of any additional charges. This is TOTAL false advertising and also your typical example of bait and switch. I would rather walk than buy a vehicle from this dealership. DISCUSTING EXPERIENCE! Also, this is the first review of a dealership that I have ever done in my 40 years of buying vehicles. I also had to pick a person in the sales department to turn in this review but could not remember his name so I picked Paul Dome. He was NOT the person I dealt with but I had to pick a name to turn this in. More
