Our Service Bulletin No. 05-006/24 transmission computer update related to a cold 2-3 shift shock on 2018 to 2025 CX-5 Non Turbo SKYACTIV-G and AT. Our vehicle fits perfectly into this vehicle range. The technician and service manager argued with my wife stating that there were no codes. Telling her that it is a normal condition, and that his car does the same thing, even though Mazda Corporate released a service bulletin to reprogram the transmission computer for this condition. They emailed me a 15% discount for an oil change, but refused to apply it when I paid! In addition, they charge $2.98 for paying with a credit card without telling you or giving you the opportunity to use a different method of payment. The service is lousy! I waited almost two hours for an oil change. Needless to say, I will never have anything to do with these crooks! More
Really bad experience that my wife and I had , went there for service for my vehicle, after that I stop by one of the finances managers offices to ask about refinancing, they said they could help me, I said for service for my vehicle, after that I stop by one of the finances managers offices to ask about refinancing, they said they could help me, I said sweet; after spending 6 hours and they showing me cars that my wife and I liked they come out with saying that they couldn't help me! My only disappointment is not that they couldn't help me is that we wasted our whole afternoon there it was just a simple question I had but they make me wait and offering new vehicles having my wife being all excited for a new car and all of the sudden they come out with not being able to help us! Very disappointed! More
