Terrible experience with Service! Bought my Hummer EV here and it took to my first service and also had a small windshield chip I wanted to look at. Dropped my car off on Thursday with Justin and he told me he would have someone look into it and get back to me. Complete silence, I waited till Wednesday the following week and called myself to which they said it was ready but still haven’t had anyone look at the windshield. Go to pick up my car, not a single word around what was done to my car or anything, just gave me the keys and on top of that didn’t even bother to wash the car. Had snow and grime all over it. The service advisors literally don’t give a xxxx and act like they hate being there, I don’t even know if they serviced my vehicle or just held it over the weekend. Never going back here, I suggest you buy and service your vehicles elsewhere cause this place is complete trash with no respect for the customer whatsoever More

I had traveled from out of state for a specific vehicle and had it not been for that I would have left without purchasing. This Napleton’s dealership has many brands of dealer location (Buick, Mazda, Subaru, etc.) I had been contacted by two different sales associates by text and email. I made an appointment with one of them thinking this should be quick and easy vehicle purchase. I traveled to the location (Buick dealer) where I was told the car would be detailed and ready for me to test drive. I arrived a little early, the person who met me explained that associate I had made appointment with was not in yet and I would be working with different associate. Then I get told the vehicle I wanted to check out was not on site. They were still detailing it and would be a little while before it arrived. I decided to walk around the used car area outside while I waited. After about 15-20minutes the vehicle shows up and I said well that’s not the correct vehicle I specifically wanted to test drive. The associate told me, yes the vehicle you want to see is at one of our other locations. So, I drove the (wrong) vehicle they had brought for me to test drive over to the other location with the sales associate. Once on site I looked vehicle over that I specifically wanted to look at and the went on a test drive. The associate came with me (which I thought was odd, but possibly for safety for the dealership) and had me drive around the block on what I consider residential streets. I didn’t come all this way to drive around the block at 25-45 miles per hour and distance of 1-2 miles and make a decision off that. I then asked if I could continue for a further test drive, and the associate lead me around the town further. There was no highway experience which I decided it was okay as I felt the vehicle drove and handled well. Once back at the original location (Buick) I told the sales associate I would offer this price for the vehicle. He said he had to talk with the manager of the Buick location. Then I find out that the Buick manager has to call to the other location for confirmation on pricing. Well to keep this short I did counter three different times. Still the same result and waiting and waiting for the managers to confirm they were not moving off the listed price. I decided I came all this way, if they would fill the vehicle with gas I would pay full price and get the xxxx out of there. In the long run there was many other issues that came up with my waiting, waiting that just firmed up my decision about this organization. I could go on and bore you more, but I’ll save you that. When I finally was able to leave the dealership a different associate came up to the desk where I was sitting and handed me the keys and said I was all set. So where did the original sales associate go? Or the manager? I never met the sales associate that I had the appointment with. Guess my used car sale was not that important to them, there was no hand shake or thank you for your time and business. I will never go back and definitely will not be recommending this dealer to anyone. Word of mouth is the best marketing for business and they will not be getting any kind words from me. After having had a disappointing experience at a different car dealer, we headed to Napleton with low expectations. Our salesman Justin greeted us and showed us to a car we requested to see. He could not have been more helpful and personable. It ended up being a rather enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He put no pressure on us whatsoever and answered all of our questions with ease. We transitioned to the financial office to meet with Alex. Although it's always painful to spend large amounts of money, the transaction went smoothly. It was evident Alex was knowledgeable and fair. Both gentlemen also stayed an hour past closing time to help us get the deal done. It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend buying a car from Justin. Next time I am in the market, I will definitely go back to him. More
