(Even though salesman said no coating on the car when asked separately). Taxes, crazy “warranties” and other misc xx charges brought the price to $49,000.00 wow! So they advertise low, get you in, then hit you with the xx charges right at the end. BUYER BEWARE. One positive was Steven the salesman was nice and kind…….omar was too as he tried to justify the excessive fees. More

My family had been buying from VW for a long time. This is the first time I came to this dealership. I was pleased they were able to get me in an out of service for an oil change. My 72 year old mother has a Taos and she was in need of an oil change. she called me one day and asked if I can help her get an appointment. Ivan tried to call and couldn’t get through. I was so aggravated an oil change. she called me one day and asked if I can help her get an appointment. Ivan tried to call and couldn’t get through. I was so aggravated and drove my mother’s car to the dealership. I was expressing my frustration and yes, I was a bit heated the service advisor, Jacob. Immediately asked me to hold on and came back with Miss Felicia. She took the time to get my mother‘s car in immediately. She expressed her deepest apologies and offered my mothers next maintenance free. I say Napleton gets rid of the call center company cause they are not doing their job. I told Felicia not only will I be happy to leave her review I’m gonna let every know and that’s what I intend to do. If you have any trouble with this dealership call Felicia first and she will take care of you in her words. Within her ability!!! More
