My name is Robert Gross. I am the Service Manager at Napleton VW of Orlando. I'd like to start by apologizing for our staff not explaining to you what the shop supplies are. First let me say, that we valued you as a customer when you were with us while we were Aristocrat and also now that we are Napleton. I can assure you that nothing has changed. Not even the shop supplies. While we were Aristocrat, shop supplies were still included on all repair orders. You just may not have noticed the charge. I can also assure you it is not another tax. Shop supplies are composed of items purchased in bulk quantity and only a small portion is charged per repair in ratio to the small portion used of a completed bulk item. We found that this method of operation is more reasonable and allows us to use the best quality supplies on your vehicle at the least cost to you.
