My car was at the dealership for about 3 weeks. I wish they would give updates more often. I had to call a couple of times with no call back even after a name and number. Communication was excellent, and I was kept well informed throughout the process. My only concern was that a secondary issue—identified during the initial diagnostic test—was not addressed until after the ta throughout the process. My only concern was that a secondary issue—identified during the initial diagnostic test—was not addressed until after the tank had already been reinstalled. This resulted in the tank needing to be removed again, leading to additional labor costs and higher out-of-pocket expenses.Not sure if it could have been identified sooner or not.
