I went in to purchase a vehicle from this facility and explained that my credit may not be so good and after finding a vehicle I liked, was approved for a vehicle for a certain price and the general manag explained that my credit may not be so good and after finding a vehicle I liked, was approved for a vehicle for a certain price and the general manager said that the vehicle came with a warranty included. After a couple days, I checked my paperwork to see when my payments are due, I saw that they added an additional price to my loan for the warranty without informing me during paperwork signing, didn't check paperwork for additional charges because of being told that the warranty WAS INCLUDED in vehicle price. Not happy with my experience. Was lied to and betrayed by general managers misleading information and added pricing without letting me know prior. I checked all my paperwork and no papers were included with the warranty information as I was looking for what this $2700 service contract was, upon calling the dealer to question this charge and why this happened I was told they worded it wrong when they said the vehicle comes with a power train warranty. They actually added a warranty through Ford which costed $2700, not ever explaining this to me even during signing papers they were just quick to say sign here then here never once explaining this warranty i was charged for. I called and went back to the dealer and they apologized for misswording about the warranty. More

I had a very disappointing and costly experience after brining my 2014 Ford Escape here for routine maintenance and check engine light. They told me I needed spark plugs and a catalytic converter. I had brining my 2014 Ford Escape here for routine maintenance and check engine light. They told me I needed spark plugs and a catalytic converter. I had them do the maintenance and replace the spark plugs then brought it somewhere less expensive for the catalytic converter. Two weeks after getting the work done the engine light came back on so I brought it to a different dealer to read the codes. They said "misfire & catalytic converter" same as before I spent $2200 on repairs. They further informed me that coolant was leaking into the cylinders and I need a new engine & another catalytic converter as the coolant destroyed the new one. They were also surprised that Naz Ford replaced the spark plugs and recommended replacing the catalytic converter because both would just be quickly destroyed by the leaking coolant. So now, not only do I need an engine, I also need to redo the catalytic converter and the $1800 I spent on that job was wasted. More
