I had a 8:30 appointment for a inspection, got there at 8:15.They didn't take the truck in til 9:30, so much for making an appointment.At 10:45 they told me it failed, broken spring on front strut, service 8:15.They didn't take the truck in til 9:30, so much for making an appointment.At 10:45 they told me it failed, broken spring on front strut, service advisor told me the struts were shot and would probably fall apart when we take them off and quoted me a price of $1161.95 got both front struts. I said no thanks, had the truck looked at at another ford dealer and was told struts were fine just needed a spring, job was done for 270.00. Telling a customer that he needs work done when he doesn't is a deceptive work practice, I will never do business with Nazareth ford again. More

Once you buy your vehicle you are forgotten when later on . I purchased a used 2016 F250 Super Duty come to find out they put the truck on the lot for sale with dry rotted tires and one tire the sidewall was da I purchased a used 2016 F250 Super Duty come to find out they put the truck on the lot for sale with dry rotted tires and one tire the sidewall was damaged. I went back to show them the issue and they told me there is nothing wrong with those tires. I asked the service manager if he would drive that vehicle with his daughter in it and he said yes of course I called him a liar. I spent $30,000 for a truck and they left on bad tires won't do anything about it beware do not purchase vehicles from Nazareth Ford worst experience ever. More
